America’s Car-Mart has agreed to acquire dealership assets from an Arkansas-based company doing business as Central Auto Sales
The operator of automotive dealerships on Friday didn’t disclose the financial terms of its deal with the company, Allied Union Group.
Existing finance receivables won’t be included in the transaction and will still be collectible by the seller.
Chief Executive Douglas Campbell said the deal will help America’s Car-Mart expand its presence in Hot Springs, Ark.
