- Rates on 3-year fixed-rate loans averaged 13.93%, down from 14.46% the previous seven days and up from 11.17% a year ago.
- Rates on 5-year fixed-rate loans averaged 18.09%, down from 18.65% over the previous seven days and up from 12.30% a year ago.

For the month of May 2023:
- Rates on 3-year personal loans averaged 22.35%, up from 20.98% in April.
- Rates on 5-year personal loans averaged 23.21%, up from 22.20% in April.
