- Rates on 3-year fixed-rate loans averaged 14.46%, down from 14.64% the previous seven days and up from 11.15% a year ago.
- Rates on 5-year fixed-rate loans averaged 18.65%, up from 18.25% over the previous seven days and from 14.11% a year ago.

Both loan terms offer interest rates that are much lower than higher-cost borrowing options such as credit cards.

For the month of May 2023:
- Rates on 3-year personal loans averaged 22.35%, up from 20.98% in April.
- Rates on 5-year personal loans averaged 23.21%, up from 22.20% in April.
